Delete your streamLama account

A streamLama account is optional. If you created one, you can delete it and its sign-in data at any time, in the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

Open streamLama and go to the Settings tab.
In Account at the top, tap Delete account.
Read the confirmation and tap Delete account again.
If you use Sign in with Apple on iPhone or iPad, Apple asks you to confirm once more. This lets streamLama also revoke its Sign in with Apple access. If you cancel there, nothing is deleted.

The account is deleted right away and you are signed out. The app keeps working without an account.

If Apple's confirmation fails for another reason, or you delete an Apple-linked account on Android, the account is still deleted. You can then remove streamLama from Sign in with Apple yourself: on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple.

Delete it by email

If you no longer have the app, email codedharmony.com@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my streamLama account". We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us the relay address shown under Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings.

What is deleted

Your email address, account ID and password hash.
Your Google or Apple sign-in link, and the name and profile picture link Google shared.
streamLama's Sign in with Apple tokens, revoked at Apple when you confirm with the Apple ID the account uses.
All sign-in sessions on every device, and the log of your sign-in activity (IP addresses and device types). Copies in our sign-in service's own system logs and backups expire within 30 days.

Scenes, settings and stream keys are stored only on your phone and are not part of the account, so they stay there. Delete stream keys in Settings > Stream keys. On iPhone and iPad, iOS can keep stream keys in the Keychain after you delete the app, and they come back if you install it again.

What is not deleted

Pro subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel them. Cancel in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
Purchase history. Your purchases belong to your App Store or Google Play account, so Restore purchases still unlocks Pro after the streamLama account is gone. Apple, Google and our purchase service RevenueCat keep transaction records as their own policies and tax law require. Email codedharmony.com@gmail.com if you want RevenueCat's records removed.
